Raise your hand if you have tight Upper Traps!
Well, I’m afraid that includes just about everybody.
And while there’re so many techniques out there that all help you relax your neck and shoulders, a few exercises assembled in the right order can make a world of a difference for you, my dear friend!
There’s never a better time to get up and practice some self-care than now!
Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or you’re reading this on your lunch break, stop what you’re doing and do this short video with me. You won’t regret, I promise you.
But first here is a little education, so you know what contributes to your Upper Trap tightness so you can start paying attention and avoid these scenarios:
1. When you’re looking at the computer screen and you don’t move for a long period of time, your neck muscles get stiff and tired from holding your head in the same position.
2. When your eyes are fixated on something and your head drifts forward toward the windshield or the monitor, your Upper Traps need to stabilize your head.
3. If you live in a constant state of Forward Head position due to postural changes, the Upper Traps will get into a locked long position.
And the list could go on and on, but I think you get the idea by now.
Are you ready to get a break from the pain and tightness in your Traps?
Do these easy exercises with me and start feeling better immediately!
