As I was having dinner with a girlfriend the other night, I noticed, she couldn’t sit still.
She was rolling her shoulders back and forth, circling her head, bending and twisting in her seat.
I knew immediately, her thoracic spine was stiff. When I called her out on it, she was surprised I noticed. Well, no surprise there, I know the signs too well. I help people every day who complain of
*neck pain
*shoulder pain
*shortness of breath
*inability to raise their arms overhead
*pain between the shoulder blades
*burning pain from the nape of the neck down to the shoulder blades, etc.
There’re lots of possible causes for the above mentioned symptoms, the most common of which is SITTING. And working at the computer for extended periods of time.
This causes:
*the shoulders to round forward
*the head to jut out
*the shoulder blades to move too far apart and up on the back
If you sit with bad posture for hours a day, years at a time for work, you will develop increased stiffness in your thoracic spine. AND on top of that, your body will adapt and recognize this bad posture as the new NORMAL!
If your thoracic spine cant’s extend, something else is going to give in order to make up for the lack of extension. It’s usually the neck and shoulders that take up the beating.
So what do you do to teach your back how to extend? Honestly, it’s more than just 1 simple stretch or exercise. It requires a 6 step method I created and I’ve been teaching to people just like you.
Last year I decided, I wanted to touch more lives and help you and others who don’t live near me.
That’s why I designed my online coaching program called Pain-Free Life.
In this program I will teach you how to eliminate your neck, shoulder and upper back pain!
Let’s be realistic. The pain and stiffness will not go away. They WILL NOT.
If you’re willing, here’s the next step…
