As a Pilates instructor I have seen A LOT of still bodies. Stiffness is uncomfortable. You can’t sit with your legs straight, you can’t bend over to put your shoes on. Some people can’t look over their shoulder, while others can’t scratch their back.
Can you relate?
Stiffness can and will cause injuries too. For example if someone doesn’t have good overhead shoulder mobility but they start lifting weights over the head, that’s an injury waiting to happen.
This routine I put together addresses the hips, spine, knees, ankles and shoulders. No fancy moves, just some basic fundamentals which will give you a lot of benefits, especially if you’re short on time.
