It just won’t fit. Therefore, your arm bone doesn’t fit snugly into the shoulder socket either and if it wasn’t for the surrounding muscles, your arm wouldn’t stay attached to your torso. That’s why it’s so important to build strength all around the shoulder capsule, so those muscles provide support, protection and mobiltiy!
