I also know that those videos are not for everybody. If you’re used to being looked after by a trainer or instructor, if you need a customized program because your body has specific needs and you can’t just do a random workout that was designed for the general public….What do you do?

I will design you a home workout routine, keep you accountable and teach you and guide you through the movements, so they work for you, not against you.
How does it work in the times of social distancing?
- For new clients: We schedule a 15 minute phone consultation so I can learn a bit about you. Then I conduct a body and health assessment and I design a personalized program for your body’s specific needs. Then we schedule a live video call and I guide you through a series of exercises. We’ll do a live call 2x week for 4 weeks. You’ll even get some homework. That will be your jump start to a healthy, strong spine.
- For returning clients: We can skip the consultation and assessment and just continue where we left off.
Just have some faith in the system. If kids can be home schooled, you can take instructions too over video calls.
