I’m in a packing frenzy, as I leave on vacation in a couple of days. I’m going to visit my family and explore the dalmatian coast by the Mediterranean Sea.
Since you won’t hear from me until I return in early August, I wanted to send you an interview that was part of Heal Your Chronic Pain summit. My interviewee is Chuck Wolf, an exercise physiologist specializing in Biomechanics and Applied Functional Science.
Chuck is one of the industry’s top educators and has been teaching workshops, presenting at conferences, running seminars with fitness professionals through to elite athletes of many different sports all over the world.
The reason I picked this interview out of the 40 some I’ve made is because I 100% share Chuck’s approach to how we look, train and heal the body from chronic pain and injuries.
