When I started my Pilates carrier over 10 years ago, I was getting a lot of clients with lower back pain.
Then somehow this trend shifted towards neck and shoulder pain.
This is not an accident, but the result of our western lifestyle, which involves too much sitting and the excessive use of electronic devices, such as laptop, computer, iPad, smart phone, etc.
I know you might think, well, Eva, what do you want me to do about it? I have a desk job and I’m not in the position to change carriers!
I totally understand and I want to provide you with some helpful tips so you can reset your body and eliminate the associated pain.
Therefore I teamed up with my favorite chiropractor/friend, Dr. Kris Brew.
We filmed a video about sitting and the toll it takes on the body. We are both sharing ideas of what you can do to help reverse the negative effects of sitting.
