YOU MUST DO THIS IF YOUR CALVES ARE CRAMPING
Last week I sent a video where I taught you how to release the accumulated tightness and pain in your feet by simply rolling them with a foot roller. I hope you’ve been using my simple yet so effective technique and your feet are feeling better! But we are not going to stop here. Let’s take things to the next level. Today I’m going to show you how to eliminate calf tightness and how to get rid of calf cramps for good. Foot pain and calf tightness go hand in hand, so do this exercise if you have foot pain. And stay tuned, as this is only the second step in foot pain elimination. We have some more work to do. I’ll be back with another video next weekend.
