Do you struggle with getting your arm behind your back? It may not seem important, until the day comes when you can’t put your bra on, tuck in your shirt, take your wallet out of your back pocket, etc.
There are so many reasons that cause/contribute to this condition and I’d rather not dive into the causes, because that would make this newsletter unbearably long.
Instead, let me name a few of the main causes. They may cause the light bulb go off in your head:
- Stiff middle and upper back
- Stiff neck
- Limited ROM when it comes to rotation of your spine
- Hunched over posture
- Tight chest
- Shoulders that are rounded forward
The road to improving your shoulder ROM (range of motion) can be long but with patience and persistence you can improve your condition!
In this video I will guide you through a series of exercises that will help you get stronger and more mobile in the shoulder girdle.
