You know what a pain management doctor said to me?
“I’m so surprised, nobody like you (I’m a Pilates teacher and Corrective Exercise Specialist who helps people eliminate their chronic pain) has reached out to me before. I’m an athlete and a doctor and I know what the right form of movement can do to help eliminate chronic pain. Most of my patients are in pain because they don’t move and their bodies are weak. It’s their weak abdominals, back muscles, neck muscles, etc. that cause their pain and yet, they come to me and expect me to give them an injection or prescribe them medication. When all they need to do is go see you, so they can get stronger and live without pain!”
It is very likely your doctor hasn’t told you this….because to be honest, they need patients like you to stay in business and thrive. Plus, they studied medicine, that’s what they’re are good at, and they don’t understand the power of movement. It’s just not their expertise.
But are pain meds, cortisone shots and inactivity going to make your pain go away? Temporarily yes, but the pain WILL come back!
You know what’s the difference between me and a pain management doctor?
You will only be my client for 3 months but you’ll continue going to your doctor for the rest of your life.
I’ve been perfecting my method for over 10 years and by now I know exactly what to do to help people like you overcome chronic pain.
If you’re in pain, this is how I’m able to help:
You participate in my 1-on-1 pain elimination / coaching program.
I design a routine for you, specifically for your body’s specific needs.
The routine has multiple elements, such as self-myofascial release, stretching, strengthening, corrective exercise, functional movement, postural reeducation.
By the time you graduate from the program, you’re going to feel like you have a brand new body!
I’ve helped hundreds of people who were thinking they were stuck in their bodies that are in pain and declining for the rest of their lives. And now these very same people are traveling, gardening, hiking, swimming, walking the streets of Europe, etc. and they never thought this active lifestyle was possible for them again.
If this resonates with you and you’re feeling stuck in your own body with pain, I’m happy to help.
I have several spots open this week to jump on a call. So click here and I look forward to chatting with you. Talk to you soon.
P.S. I was featured in the SD Voyager magazine. Here is the article, if you’re interested!
