It’s my Sunday morning ritual to make a blueberry oven pancake for breakfast, and to take a bath while it bakes. After breakfast I head out to my Zumba class.
Most of the lovely women I dance with have been my clients or they will be at some point. You know why? Because Zumba will give people tons of foot pain, if there are any weight distribution and alignment issues in the feet and ankles. Many of the ladies at Zumba do have alignment issues, which leads to chronic foot pain.
I’ve helped many of them eliminate the pain and I’m always so happy to see them returning to Zumba!
Now let’s talk about what leads to foot pain!
Even though we should distribute our body weight evenly between the 4 corners of the feet, most people overpronate their feet and ankles, meaning that the arches of the feet collapse into the floor. This seemingly innocent habit leads to limited range of motion in the feet and ankles, duck feet, bunions, overlapping toes and in serious cases plantar fasciitis.
I once had the misfortune to experience plantar fasciitis and it was awful! It completely ruined my vacation. I took a trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia with my family. Dubrovnik is an amazing medieval city with absolutely no car traffic in the old town district. I could not enjoy and take in this wonderful city because of the unbearable foot pain I was experiencing from walking around in flip-flops on the cobble stone streets. While my family was enjoying the sights, I was sitting around in coffee shops, waiting for them.
This was many-many years ago, before I studied under some of the most brilliant minds in the health and wellness industry.
Now I work with chronic pain sufferers and if somebody comes to me with foot pain, not only I can relate to their pain, but I know exactly how to help them eliminate the pain!
If you suffer from foot pain, I want you to know, I can help you! In just 2-3 months you could say good-bye to foot pain forever! Now take a look at my calendar, because we need to talk!
I want you to imagine, what life would be without foot pain…the quality of your life would change dramatically!
