Do your hips feel tight and achy? Do you easily fatigue when you walk, hike or go up the stairs?
Your hips were designed to be extremely mobile, so you can walk, run, squat, lunge, jump, etc.
But what happens when you only use your hips 10% of what they are capable to do? Your hip joints get used to having to do very little, so they adapt. They become tighter and tighter. Your range of motion becomes restricted. You start experiencing pain, pinching, pulling, etc. And here is the perfect catch 22. You move less, so your hips don’t hurt, but your hips hurt more because you don’t move enough.
In this video I’m giving you lots of ideas of how to improve your hip mobility. Do these moves 4-5 times a week for a month and your hips will be well lubricated and mobile again.
