- In Lower Crossed Syndrome, the deep stabilizing muscles responsible for spinal stability are inhibited and substituted by activation of superficial muscles, who aren’t supposed to act as spinal stabilizers.
- LCS doesn’t only cause Sciatica. It will ultimately lead to a variety of potential problems at the hip, knee, back, neck, etc.
