Does your chiropractor tell you, your hips are out of alignment? Do you wonder, why you don’t hold the adjustments?
I have the answer for you! It’s because your Gluteus Medius muscles are weak!
The role of the gluteus medius is to stabilize the pelvis.
As you can see in the photo below, weakness of the right gluteus medius will cause the left hip to drop when standing on the right limb.
This means, every time you take a step and you stand on one leg (while you swing the other one forward), one side of your pelvis drops and the other one hikes up.
Your hips and your lower back are connected by a bunch of muscles, and your hip bones and spine feed information to each other!
When your hips move, your lower back follows and vice versa!
If you’re tired of getting chiropractic adjustments and massages that won’t do a thing, you need to take matters in your own hands!
First, watch my video below that helps strengthen your weak hip stabilizers. It will be a great start, but you have to work a bit harder to completely eliminate your back pain, so make sure you keep reading.
