I realized long time ago that Life is like the ocean… we have high tide and we have low tide. They are both parts of the flow of Life whether we like it or not.
I find myself going through different phases and emotions. Sometimes I’m cheerful and optimistic, then I get bummed out about something and I have a hard time snapping out of it.
One thing that always helps me get into a better mood is exercise. And when I’m not happy, I need to do something a bit more strenuous to release those endorphins and put a smile on my face.
Therefore, I wanted to share a quick workout video with you, where the flow is quick and the moves will leave you feeling tired and accomplished.
