Releasing The Superficial Back Line
Tight calves are a very common problem. Probably one of the most common complaints I hear in my practice. They are part of the Superficial Backline, which starts under the bottom of the feet and cover the backside of the body, then end at the brow bones.
Tightness in segments of the Superficial Back Line can lead to injuries, aches and chronic pain.
This is what happened to my client Ingrid, who needed my help knee pain. When I assessed her body, I discovered that her calves were very-very tight. So tight that she couldn’t bend her knees without raising her heels. Her tight calf muscles were also pulling on her knees causing pain in the front and side of her knees.
She was worried she had arthritis and she already started preparing herself for a future knee replacement. She was more than excited to learn about my simple technique that I’m about to share with you in a video. The result was more than she could hope for. Not only her knee pain went away but she was able to return to playing beach volleyball, one of her favorite activities.
I want you to try out my simple technique if you suffer from foot pain, ankle pain, calf tightness, knee pain and hip pain. Let me know how it works for you!
