Are your knee in bad shape? Do you have arthritis? Do you avoid taking the stairs, hiking, biking, squatting, etc. because your knees are aching?
I see a lot of people who have pain on the inside of the knee.
The reason behind that is simple.
If your feet are overpronated, meaning your ankles roll inwards, your knees will follow your feet! By overpronating your feet you put more body weight on the big toe side of your feet, which is just below the inside of your knees!
Nothing in our bodies happens in isolation, so over time you wear out the cartilage in your knees, hence you develop arthritis and pain.
Now let’s come to the solution
in the video below I’m giving you a short, multi-step process to help get rid of your inner knee pain. It includes a nice mix of stretching, strengthening and mobilizing so we address your pain from multiple angles.
