Pull up a seat, . It’s time we had an honest talk about pain and the amount of time you spend giving back to your body in the form of tissue release, stretching, mobilizing and strengthening
The reason I’m bringing up this topic is because the #1 excuse I hear for not taking care of your bodies is I DON’T HAVE TIME!
Believe me, I know exactly what your life is like.
You have a job, kids, a husband and it seems like life stops unless you take care of everyone in the family.
But is this really true?
Convincing yourself that you have no time is just a myth 99% of the time.
I really want you to reevaluate your mindset and MAKE the time as opposed to waiting for it to appear.
Ok, enough of the pep talk!
