I wanted to tell you about a postural habit that you likely have, if you’re suffering from chronic lower back pain or Sciatica.
If you’re the type of person who loves to just sag your pelvis off to one side and load up one leg like a crutch when standing, you’re setting yourself up for serious long term issues.

You can see how the Quadratus Lumborum tightens up on the right side, pulling the ribcage down towards the pelvis, leaving your Glute muscles and Hamstrings weak, and your Psoas and adductors tight.
That’s all you need. Shifting your body weight to one side, causing an imbalance in the pelvis and the spine. And bamm, all the sudden you’re dealing with 24/7 back pain you can’t seem to resolve.
And no matter how good your orthopedic surgeon or how nice your pain management doctor is, they won’t be able to offer you a long term solution.
Because the source of your pain can’t be corrected surgically and despite all the opioids you get prescribed, your patterns will not change.
Good news is, I have a solution for you. A long term solution. I will be much more help than your doctor. If you’re willing to take my lead.
